Men's Photography for Mental health
Walk, talk, meet new people and feel good through photography.
This free 6-week project uses photography as an accessible tool to help build confidence, learn new skills, and connect with a supportive group of men in a relaxed, pressure-free environment.
Over six weekly two-hour sessions, you'll explore a series of photography promps and techniques designed to ground you in the present moment and spark creativity. Sessions will take place at the Arc Centre, with some outdoor gentle photography walks around the local area.
No previous experience or fancy equipment is needed - you are welcome to use a smartphone camera or bring your own digital camera.
