"A myth, ritual & writing workshop for crossing into autumn — turning summer's heat into a warm shawl for the season ahead."
Autumn's Threshold: Myth, Ritual & Writing
Summer doesn't end so much as it turns. Join us for an evening of myth, ritual, and writing as we cross into autumn's rich jewels — amber, rust, ochre, wine — and practice wearing last season's heat like a warm shawl instead of carrying it as weight.
Drawing on old harvest myths and simple seasonal rites, we'll use guided writing prompts to harvest what summer taught us, and craft a small personal ritual to mark the turn.
No experience with myth, ritual, or writing required — just a willingness to sit at the edge of one season and feel the next one arriving.
You'll leave with:
- A felt sense of ritual as a tool for transition
- Original writing born from myth and the season
- A small personal practice to carry into the cold months.
