A live online masterclass for women who are exhausted, overwhelmed and ready to finally understand what's happening in their body. In one hour we cover hormones, energy and the connection between the two, in plain language, no jargon, no prior knowledge needed.

Women 35+ who are done feeling this way and ready to start supporting themselves differently. You don't need any background in energy healing or holistic health, just an open mind and a willingness to explore natural approaches to feeling better.

Online via Zoom. Your joining link will be sent to you by Eventbrite after booking. Please check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

No, this masterclass is live only and will not be available to rewatch afterwards. If you book, show up, it's worth it.

Absolutely. This masterclass is designed for women who are curious but new to this world. You'll leave with a clear understanding of how your hormones and energy system connect and what you can do to support both.

What do I need to join?

A device with Zoom installed, a stable internet connection and somewhere comfortable to sit for an hour. That's it.
