Bat Walk with Wiltshire Bat Group at the Quakers Walk Project, Devizes

Let’s listen for bats! Wiltshire Bat Group will be bringing their bat detectors and expert tools to listen out for and to spot the local bat species as the sun sets.

Everyone welcome! Gather at The Quakers Walk Meadow Benches from 7pm for a 7.15 start. We'll begin with a talk before setting off on our bat walk.

Bring your hot chocolate and a torch.

The footpath and meadow can be uneven, so wear sturdy shoes and wrap up if it's chilly as we'll be outdoors in the twilight for the full event.

Children must be closely supervised by their adult at all times.

Tickets are £6 + the Eventbrite fees.

Ticket fees cover the costs of hosting the event and as a contribution towards the continued development of our wildlife habitat area by our volunteers.

The more additional donations, the more pollinator and bug friendly plants we can add = more bats looking for dinner!
