About the Speaker

Nikita is a product and commercial leader with over 7 years experience across financial services, energy and technology. She currently works as Growth and Commercial Lead at Amytis, the AI powered workspace for researchers, where she is responsible for commercial strategy, marketing and sales. Prior to this, Nikita was a Senior Product Manager at SSE Energy Solutions and Barclays UK, where she used her background in psychology to scale digital products to consumers. She previously co-founded and hosted Her Own Boss, a podcast and community helping women navigate their careers and find their confidence.
