Welcome to Angelic Healing MeditationThis Week's Meditation Theme: The Magic of New Beginnings <h3>Angelic Healing Meditation is a heart-centred guided meditation that combines deep relaxation, visualisation, channelling, and inspiring themes such as self-love, joy, empowerment, and abundance.</h3>These nurturing sessions invite you to connect with your true nature, Source, and the Angels, opening a space for healing, guidance, inner peace, and a deeper connection with yourself.The meditations are intentionally held in small, welcoming groups, creating a more personal and supportive experience. There is space to simply be yourself, feel held within the group, and receive the meditation in a warm and nurturing atmosphere.At the end of each meditation, there is also time to share, reflect, and ask questions if you wish. I offer gentle guidance around the theme of the meditation and anything that may have arisen during your experience, bringing a personal touch to each gathering.Whether you simply wish to relax deeply and release stress, or are seeking healing, inspiration, and a deeper connection to your spiritual essence, you are warmly welcome to join us.No previous meditation experience is necessary, and absolute beginners are very welcome.<h3>When?</h3>Thursday, 7.30 pm–8.45 pmDoors open at 7.20 pm. Please arrive by 7.25 pm at the latest so you have time to settle in before the meditation starts. There is no receptionist in the evening, and we will start promptly at 7.30 pm.<h3>Where?</h3>The Open Door, Lewes Church Twitten, next to 32 High Street Lewes, BN7 2LU<h3>What to expect?</h3>A group meditation at The Open Door in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with the opportunity to meet kindred spirits.Yoga mats, blankets and cushions are provided.<h3>New to Meditation?</h3>We would love to meet you!
