Question 1

What if I don't want to do some of the exercises or pair up with someone?

Accepted Answer

One of the core agreements we agree upon at the start of a workshop is Consent & Self-Consent. Your No's will be equally celebrated if not more in spaces like these! Although I invite you to stretch beyond familiar boundaries, you are always welcome to watch from the sidelines/sit out any exercise.

Question 2

Can I come by myself or do I need to bring a partner/friend?

Accepted Answer

Solo is totally fine! You’re welcome to bring a friend or partner, but it’s not required. Tantra is about personal growth and connection, so you’ll have a meaningful experience either way. You might even make new friends and connections here!

Question 3

If I come with my partner, can we still stay paired up during the exercises?

Accepted Answer

Of course you can stay with your partner. Everything is optional, so you always choose what feels right for you.
