Autism Across Cultures: Different Experiences, Shared Insight
Explore how culture shapes autistic experiences and discover more thoughtful ways to understand and support different perspectives.
Neurodivergence is experienced through culture, race, gender, class, disability and other parts of identity. This session moves beyond a single universal story.
You will leave with a broader, more culturally aware lens and questions that lead to more equitable support.
Who it’s for
This webinar is for neurodivergent professionals who want practical insight into their own working lives, and for managers, HR and People teams, DEI and L&D professionals, educators, coaches, practitioners, colleagues and allies who want to make neuroinclusion more informed and useful. You do not need a diagnosis or prior specialist knowledge to attend.
What you’ll explore
- How culture shapes language, recognition and responses to difference
- Why assessment and support systems may not work equally for everyone
- How overlapping identities affect visibility, safety and belonging
- Ways to design inclusion around the whole person rather than one label
