Autism Discrimination at Work: Know It, Challenge It, Change It
Recognise barriers autistic people face at work and explore practical ways to challenge discrimination and improve inclusion.
Discrimination is not always obvious. This session makes the patterns easier to recognise and gives attendees practical ways to respond without placing the burden on neurodivergent people.
You will leave with a practical framework for spotting barriers, responding more confidently and building fairer systems.
Who it’s for
This webinar is for neurodivergent professionals who want practical insight into their own working lives, and for managers, HR and People teams, DEI and L&D professionals, educators, coaches, practitioners, colleagues and allies who want to make neuroinclusion more informed and useful. You do not need a diagnosis or prior specialist knowledge to attend.
What you’ll explore
- How direct, indirect and systemic discrimination can show up at work
- The difference between intent, impact and legal responsibility
- How bias can affect recruitment, feedback, progression and support
- Practical ways to challenge barriers and improve workplace practice
