ADHD in Midlife: Recognition, Work and Wellbeing
Interactive webinar for neurodivergent professionals and allies: ADHD in Midlife: Recognition, Work and Wellbeing.
Recognition does not happen on one timetable, and overlapping traits rarely fit neat boxes. This session explores adhd in midlife across identity, life stage and context.
This live, interactive webinar is for neurodivergent professionals and anyone who wants a deeper, more useful understanding of neuroinclusion. Divergent Thinking combines accessible explanations of relevant research with neurodivergent lived experience and practical workplace insight. We separate established evidence from assumptions, avoid one-size-fits-all claims and keep the focus on dignity, choice and what helps in real life.
Expect anonymous polls, short games, realistic scenarios and optional reflection activities. You can contribute by voice, chat or polls, or simply listen. There is no cold-calling and cameras are optional. You will leave with a more nuanced map of difference and practical next steps without forcing people into simple categories. Whether you come for self-understanding, better professional practice or both, the emphasis is on translating insight into respectful action—not fixing people, rewarding conformity or claiming that one strategy works for everyone.
WHAT YOU’LL EXPLORE
• How traits and needs can change or become more visible across life
• The effects of masking, expectations and unequal recognition
• Where different neurotypes can overlap and where they differ
• Strengths-based routes to self-understanding, support and workplace action
