ADHD in Education: Learn, Teach and Thrive Differently
Interactive webinar for neurodivergent professionals and allies: ADHD in Education: Learn, Teach and Thrive Differently.
Learning is not made inclusive by assigning people a fixed “style.” This session looks at what research and lived experience suggest about clearer, more flexible learning design.
This live, interactive webinar is for neurodivergent professionals and anyone who wants a deeper, more useful understanding of neuroinclusion. Divergent Thinking combines accessible explanations of relevant research with neurodivergent lived experience and practical workplace insight. We separate established evidence from assumptions, avoid one-size-fits-all claims and keep the focus on dignity, choice and what helps in real life.
Expect anonymous polls, short games, realistic scenarios and optional reflection activities. You can contribute by voice, chat or polls, or simply listen. There is no cold-calling and cameras are optional. You will leave with a practical toolkit for designing learning that is clearer, more flexible and more effective. Whether you come for self-understanding, better professional practice or both, the emphasis is on translating insight into respectful action—not fixing people, rewarding conformity or claiming that one strategy works for everyone.
WHAT YOU’LL EXPLORE
• How attention, memory, sensory processing and communication can affect learning
• Which popular learning claims are unsupported or too simplistic
• How clarity, choice, pacing and multiple ways to engage can reduce barriers
• Practical changes educators, trainers and learners can use immediately
