ADHD at Work: Focus, Energy, Adjustments and Success
Interactive webinar for neurodivergent professionals and allies: ADHD at Work: Focus, Energy, Adjustments and Success.
Workplaces often confuse difference with difficulty, then ask individuals to work around avoidable friction. This session turns a complex topic into practical choices for people and organisations.
This live, interactive webinar is for neurodivergent professionals and anyone who wants a deeper, more useful understanding of neuroinclusion. Divergent Thinking combines accessible explanations of relevant research with neurodivergent lived experience and practical workplace insight. We separate established evidence from assumptions, avoid one-size-fits-all claims and keep the focus on dignity, choice and what helps in real life.
Expect anonymous polls, short games, realistic scenarios and optional reflection activities. You can contribute by voice, chat or polls, or simply listen. There is no cold-calling and cameras are optional. You will leave with usable language, practical tools and one action to make work work better. Whether you come for self-understanding, better professional practice or both, the emphasis is on translating insight into respectful action—not fixing people, rewarding conformity or claiming that one strategy works for everyone.
WHAT YOU’LL EXPLORE
• The strengths and barriers that can appear in different roles and environments
• How clarity, flexibility, sensory design and communication can improve performance
• Ways to discuss support without forcing disclosure or overgeneralising
• Practical actions attendees can apply to work design, collaboration and self-advocacy
