Access to Work Made Simple: Get the Support You Need to Thrive
Understand Access to Work and prepare useful questions about workplace support, applications and possible next steps.
Access to Work can fund practical support, but the process can feel opaque. This session makes the scheme easier to understand and act on.
You will leave with a clearer route through the application process and a checklist of sensible next steps.
Who it’s for
This webinar is for neurodivergent professionals who want practical insight into their own working lives, and for managers, HR and People teams, DEI and L&D professionals, educators, coaches, practitioners, colleagues and allies who want to make neuroinclusion more informed and useful. You do not need a diagnosis or prior specialist knowledge to attend.
What you’ll explore
- What Access to Work is and the kinds of support it may fund
- Who may be eligible and when to begin an application
- How to describe workplace barriers and useful support clearly
- How employees and managers can keep the process collaborative and confidential
