Halloween nature funday

Join us at Northumberlandia for a day of spooktacular nature-themed fun!

Northumberland Wildlife Trust and partner organisations will be offering a range of Halloween-themed nature-based activities for the whole family. Get ready for crafts, games, hunts, bushcraft, and more.

Join our willow workshops and take home a lantern to ward spirits away!

Spaces are limited to 10 spots per session. If you would like to make one lantern between 2 or 3 people, please only book one space. Children under 8 years must be supervised by an adult. Sessions are 1.5 hours, but the lantern-making will not take this long. If you no longer wish to attend, please cancel your place to allow others to take part, or let the team know on the day.

While you're at Northumberlandia, why not take part in our Halloween Pumpkin Trail (https://www.nwt.org.uk/events/2026-10-26-halloween-pumpkin-trail)

Suitable for ages 4+, children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. This is an outdoor event, so please wear clothing and footwear suitable for the activity and the weather. Fancy dress is encouraged!

Part of our Championing Nature Project, a new programme aimed at creating positive, lasting impact in urban communities through greater connections and engagement with nature. Made possible by Wimbledon and Emirates partnership.
