Our THRIVE workshops are small-group sessions for children and young people (from school year 5) who have been diagnosed with ADHD. These supportive sessions help participants to better understand their ADHD and connect with peers who share similar experiences.

Sessions are split by age group to create a safe and comfortable space. Activities are designed to build confidence, self-awareness, and practical strategies in a relaxed environment.

  • Only for children and young people with a confirmed ADHD diagnosis who live in Leicestershire County Council areas.
  • Spaces are limited to keep groups small and supportive
  • Parents/carers do not attend the workshop sessions
