Ticket sales have ended
Hey, this event is fully booked. Stay tuned for the next People Thinkers Club event.
Join fellow CPOs for breakfast as we dig into what AI can own and what should always stay human in People Ops.
Everyone's asking if AI will replace HR. Wrong question. Come ask the right one - at People Thinkers Club, Covent Garden.
The panel: AI governance (surprisingly, not a snooze!)
Thomas Forstner and JooBee Yeow join us to talk about the rules - what you can actually do, what'll get you in trouble, and where the line really sits. Yes, we're going to make AI governance fun. No, we're not sure how yet either. Come watch us try!
The workshop: take an HR process apart with Maja
Maja Ninkovic Shapera and Adriana Pislaru Toma will pull one real HR process to pieces and rebuild it with AI - remove the ping-pong emails, the 'where in the world did I save the last version' friction, and highlight superpowers you didn't know were possible. Then you'll do it to one of yours.
Bring a process you hate. You'll leave with a better one.
The rest: breakfast and the People leaders you've been meaning to talk to. Networking is easier when everyone's holding a pastry 🥐
Important note: Reserve a spot and wait for confirmation of availability.
