Question 1

Do I need any prior experience with meditation or somatic work?

Accepted Answer

None at all. This space is designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you are completely new to inner work or deeply familiar with it.

Question 2

I'm coming by myself and feel a bit nervous. Is that okay?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Many women come on their own and this is a great inclusive space to meet like minded souls.

Question 3

What should I bring with me?

Accepted Answer

Just bring yourself and an open curious heart. Snacks and water will be provided at the end.

Question 4

Is this therapy?

Accepted Answer

No. This is a facilitated personal-development and embodiment experience, not psychotherapy or medical treatment.

Question 5

Do I need any experience with Tantra?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. You can come completely new to Tantra, meditation or somatic practices. Everything will be guided.

Question 6

Is this workshop sexual?

Accepted Answer

No. This is a non-sexual, women-only embodiment and personal-growth space. While Tantra can include sexuality, that is not the focus of this workshop.
