Welcome to the 2 Colour Brioche Workshop at Knit Nottingham!

Join Aleksandra from Vert and Rose for a fun and interactive in-person event where you'll learn the ins and outs of this beautiful knitting technique. This workshop is perfect for knitters with some experience looking to expand their skills and learn a new technique.

You will learn the basics of brioche knitting and be guided through the process of knitting your own Aniela Hat. We can't wait to see you there!

This event is meant for knitters new to brioche, but it's recommended to know the basics of knitting and ideally know how to work a tubular cast-on.

The pattern you'll be working will be provided for you, but you'll need to bring:

4 mm circular needles
stitch markers
2 colours of DK yarn. You'll need roughly 110m of each colour of your chosen yarn. (The sample is knit with a hand dyed DK 50g/110m and Drops Alpace Boucle 50g/140m, but feel free to choose whatever yarn you like)
