A Full Day of CPD for Yoga Teachers – Book One or Both (and Save)
Join us for a full day of practical, confidence-building CPD, designed specifically for yoga teachers who want to teach with more skill, clarity and care.

Workshop 1 (10:00–1:15pm) Integrating Pregnant Students into Regular Class with Jo Harris
Do you feel unsure about how to support pregnant students in general classes , without disrupting the flow for others?
This training gives you the tools to be more inclusive, confident, and clear in your teaching. You’ll learn:
- Key changes in pregnancy (physical & hormonal)
- Trimester-specific contraindications
- How to modify common poses safely
- Pranayama guidance: what’s supportive, what’s not
- Use of props and inclusive language
- Keeping the whole class cohesive
- When to refer students on
Note: This is not a prenatal yoga qualification. It’s designed to help you safely include pregnant students in regular classes.
Workshop 2 (1:45–6:00pm) Yoga Adjustments with Sandra Paternostro
A practical, hands-on CPD session for yoga teachers who want to build confidence with touch and offer adjustments that feel safe, supportive, and meaningful.
You’ll explore:
- When and why to use hands-on adjustments (and when not to)
- How to build clarity and confidence with touch
- Techniques to support alignment, connection and care
- Approaches for different bodies and abilities
- When to assist, when to step back, and how to do both with integrity
Whether you already adjust, never adjust, or just want to feel more confident and intentional - this session is for you.
Who’s it for? Yoga teachers of all levels and backgrounds -whether you’re newly qualified and feeling unsure, returning to teaching after a break, or experienced but wanting to refresh and refine your approach.This full-day CPD is ideal if:
- You’ve ever felt uncertain about how to include pregnant students safely
- You want to feel clearer about when, why, and how to use hands-on adjustments
- You’re ready to develop a more inclusive, skilful, and grounded teaching style

Yes. The hours count as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) with most major yoga accreditation bodies. If you need a certificate or letter of attendance, just let us know and we’ll provide one.

At Light Centre Monument, 36 St Mary at Hill, London EC3R 8DU. It’s 2-minute walk from Monument Station, and close to Bank, London Bridge, and Fenchurch Street. The space is fully accessible, with lift access. Mats and props are provided.
Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event. After that, tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your place to another teacher (just let us know in advance).
