Empowering parents to understand low mood, support their child with practical strategies, and connect with other families.

The Greenwich Mental Health Support Team (GMHST) are offering a psychoeducation Webinar for parents/carers about Understanding your Child’s low mood.


The session aims to provide information about what low mood is, factors that can lead to the development of low mood and to teach and empower parents to use strategies with their child to overcome difficulties with low mood.


In addition, the session hopes to provide a space for parents/carers to share their experiences with others and to promote a positive parent/carer and child relationship.
