TownSq Enterprise Network (TEN) | Monthly Business Networking in Kingston

The TownSq Enterprise Network (TEN) is a new monthly networking event created to connect Kingston's thriving business community. Whether you're running an established business, launching a startup, freelancing, or simply looking to expand your professional network, TEN is designed to help you build valuable relationships and grow alongside other local professionals.

THIS MONTH:

The Best AI Strategy Is Doing Less with Arun Godwin Patel

Everyone is being told the same thing about AI: do more, do it faster, do it with fewer people. This session makes the opposite case.

AI has made almost everything possible and almost everything fast. The result is that a lot of businesses are now busier than ever doing work that was never worth doing. When you can do anything, the hard part isn't capacity, it's deciding what actually delivers value.

Arun Godwin Patel, Director at Halo Technology Lab, shares what he's seen work and fail across hundreds of SMEs and startups, and gives you a simple filter for deciding what to hand to a machine and what to protect. You'll leave with a clear view of where AI genuinely fits in your business, and where it absolutely doesn't.

Arun has over 14 years of experience in building full stack applications and AI systems across corporate, startup, and academic environments in Silicon Valley and Europe. He now runs Halo Technology Lab, a family run UK based software partner helping SMEs and business owners solve problems with cutting edge technology.

Each month we'll bring together entrepreneurs, founders, freelancers and business owners to:

• Build local connections
• Share ideas, experiences and opportunities
• Collaborate on common business challenges
• Discuss practical ways to improve both business performance and personal wellbeing
• Learn from one another in a friendly, welcoming environment
• Complimentary coffee and tea
