Supporting people in the asylum move-on process for Local Authorities

Homeless Link and Naccom's recent report highlighted the challenges that people face when moving on from Asylum accommodation and showcased many examples of good practice from around the country.

This free practice forum will give Local Authorities and their partners a chance to reflect on challenges they face, hear examples of good practice within the voluntary sector and identify potential solutions to apply in their area.

The session will include a mixture of presentations and group discussion. Speakers include Duncan Wells (Greater Manchester Combined Authority);

Who is this session for?

This session is aimed at anyone working in a Local Authority or partner agency who is supporting people moving on from asylum accommodation and would like to learn more.

Please note, whilst all are welcome to attend, there is a separate session on 21st October for voluntary sector agencies.
