The Data School might just be the dream job you didn't realise existed. With Data Engineering fast becoming one of the most attractive roles in data, The Information Lab have launched their new Data School Data Engineering practice. We've been training our own Data Engineers internally for a while, but now we're opening it up for everyone!

What is The Data School?

The Data School was founded in 2015 by The Information Lab to produce the next generation of data visualisation experts. Data visualisation skills are in huge demand across a wide array of industries - we have trained 500+ Data School Consultants who are now out on placement or working full-time after finishing their placements.

Given our success training Data Analytics Consultants we are in a great position to expand our offering to include Data Engineering. If you're familiar with a coding language (SQL, Python, R) you will be in a great position to apply. We are agnostic to academic and career backgrounds and have an impressive track record of producing hundreds of industry-leading data analytics professionals.

It's a 29 month program comprising of an initial four month training period, followed by two years of consulting engagements with our clients (all arranged by us). It is fully paid throughout, salary is £35k rising to £40k for the last year of the contract. We also offer a generous benefits package and a human-centric workplace.
