Rooted in the sacred soils of Abya Yala (the Americas), this wise plant has long offered her medicine to those willing to listen. When we meet Cacao in ceremony, we’re not just sipping a warm drink-we’re stepping into relationship. Cacao opens the inner gates between Mind, Heart, and Belly-connecting us to the subtle, the sacred, the forgotten parts of ourselves. Some speak of Cacao as the return of Venus or Sekhmet, the fierce goddess of love, here to harmonise shadow and light and guide us into deeper truth, tenderness, and trust.📖 Cacao Ceremony Preparation Guidelines🍃 Fasting Eat a light breakfast and avoid food for 2 to 3 hours before the ceremony. Fasting honours the Spirit of Cacao and supports deeper connection.🚫 Avoid Caffeine Please avoid caffeine on the day-it can interfere with cacao and may cause discomfort.🤰 Pregnancy & Breastfeeding Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, except in small doses. Please email us if this applies to you.💊 Medication & Health Avoid cacao if you're on high doses of antidepressants (SSRIs) or have a serious heart condition.
