Suffolk Wildlife Trust's 65th Annual General Meeting, broadcast live via Zoom from Ufford Park, Woodbridge.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a formal annual event for members, trustees and supporters of Suffolk Wildlife Trust. Members of the Trust leadership team will present the 2025-26 Impact Report and audited financial accounts for the year, and members will have the opportunity to vote on important business - including the appointment, or reappointment, of trustees.

This year, the AGM is hosted at in the Deben A Suite at Ufford Park, Yarmouth Road, Woodbridge, Suffolk, IP12 1QW and will be broadcast live via Zoom for you to watch from the comfort of home.

The meeting will begin at 4pm and end at approximately 4:45pm. Ticket booking closes at 3pm on Thursday 12th November.

3. Annual Report of the Board of Trustees

4. Ordinary resolutions:

• To approve the annual accounts of the Charity published on suffolkwildlifetrust.org/AGM
• To approve the re-appointment of Peters Elworthy & Moore as auditors to the Charity
• To re-elect Miranda Cooper as a Trustee
• To re-elect Dr Sharon Goddard as a Trustee
• To re-elect Robyn Llewellyn MBE as a Trustee
• To elect Jane Stevensen as a Trustee
• To elect Mark Webster as a Trustee
• To elect Stephen Worrall as a Trustee

5. Special resolutions:

• That the amended and restated Articles of Association in the form published on suffolkwildlifetrust.org/AGM are hereby approved and adopted as the new Articles of Association of the Charity, replacing and superseding the Articles of Association previously adopted by the Charity, with effect from the date of this resolution under the Companies Act 2006.
