Start your child's school journey with us. Explore our Reception provision, meet our team, and find out why families choose our school.

A very warm welcome to The Laurels. We are delighted that you are considering our school for your child as they begin their Reception journey in September 2027.

At The Laurels, we believe children thrive when they feel happy, safe, known and cared for. As a small, nurturing school with a genuine family feel, we take pride in knowing every child as an individual and helping them develop the confidence, curiosity and resilience they need to succeed.

Our Open Events are an opportunity to meet our staff, explore our Reception environment and discover how we support children to feel a sense of belonging from their very first day. Most importantly, we hope you'll experience what makes The Laurels special: a caring community where every child matters and where getting better never stops.
