SEND-friendly Zine-making workshop (12-25yrs)
Express Yourself! Zine-making workshops for teens and young adults
We are excited to invite young people aged 12-25 years to a dynamic arts-based workshop at Worthing Library.
Led by Daryl Bennett, an experienced art practitioner from Sinna One, this hands-on session gives participants the chance to design and create their own short magazine or comic.
Using drawings and images, Posca pens and felt-tip pens, you will cut out and collage images and words to make a multi-page booklet on any artistic theme.
Be inspired by books from our library or bring your own images for inspiration to create your zine with us!
The activity will take place in a meetings room on the ground floor of the library. The library can be accessed via a slope at the front entrance. There is an accessible toilet and Changing Place toilet available on the ground floor.
Whether you're a budding artist or just curious to try something new, this is a fantastic opportunity to explore creativity, build confidence, and connect with others in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
