Join us for a relaxed and interactive evening designed to help you find your voice, build confidence and make an impact, while meeting other brilliant people from the local business community.

We’ll be joined by the fabulous Louise Stevenson, comedian, author and communications coach.

In this practical 90-minute session, you’ll get a taste of both stand-up comedy and public speaking techniques, exploring how humour, storytelling, timing, voice and body language can help you connect with an audience and be more memorable. You’ll also pick up simple tools to help you manage nerves, speak with more confidence and bring more of your own personality into the room (be sure to bring a notepad and pen)

Expect plenty of practical tips, laughs and opportunities to get involved as Louise explores how humour, storytelling, timing, voice and body language can help you connect with an audience, manage nerves and communicate with more confidence.
