In this session we will explore what you already know about the roles of office bearers, common misconceptions about Office Bearers in Unincorporated and Incorporated Organisations, define the terms Governing Regulator and Governing Document, deifne what Governance means in our sector, compliance and potential impacts on Organisational reputation, sustainability and succession if we get this wrong.
