Tokenomics

Tokenomics

Overview

Understanding the economics of AI consumption, cost and business value.

As organisations scale their use of AI, the economics are becoming more complex.

Greater efficiency does not necessarily mean lower spend. As models become cheaper and more capable, consumption can rise quickly, while measurement, attribution and accountability are still evolving.

Tokenomics looks across that full chain, from production and consumption through to value, including pricing, margins and outcomes.

The discussion will explore how Tokenomics aligns with FinOps and how organisations should think about consumption, efficiency, ROI and ownership as AI use scales.

Our expert panel includes :

  • David Harding (CEO, MagicOrange)
  • Meryem Arik (CEO & Co-Founder, Doubleword)
  • Steve Trask (COO, FinOps Foundation).
  • Additional panellists to be announced

In addition, there will also be two short flash-talk presentations and a Positioning Talk:

Doubleword provides a self-hosted artificial intelligence inference platform that enables enterprises to securely deploy open-source, domain-specific, and custom AI models. The company's software eliminates underlying infrastructure complexity by allowing businesses to execute real-time model outputs with a single click, catering specifically to organizations scaling private AI deployments.

FinOps Foundation is a program of the Linux Foundation focused on open source, vendor neutral best practices and standards. It is dedicated to advancing the discipline, practice, and people of cloud financial management.

MagicOrange is the Technology Economics Platform that helps organizations understand cost, govern investment, optimize spend, and demonstrate the business value of technology. By unifying IT Financial Management, FinOps, and Technology FP&A through a common economic model, MagicOrange connects cost, consumption, planning, and business outcomes across cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, labor, shared services, and AI.
