Introduction to the Google AI Pro Certification Programme Join ClearCommunityWeb for an information session about the Google AI Pro Certificate, how to access this programme for free and the support available to ensure you make the most out of the course and develop your work based skills. The Google AI Professional Certificate is a hands-on learning programme designed to teach you practical AI skills you can use in the workplace. You’ll learn to use AI as your personal collaborator to brainstorm, research, create content, and analyse data. Through seven modules you will get to understand the fundamentals of AI, and learn how to use it for brainstorming, planning, research, content creation, data analysis and app building. You will practice everything using real workplace tasks. It’s a great way to boost your productivity, spark your creativity, and make smarter decisions. This is delivered as part of the Get Online Week 2026 Programme with Southwark Council

Making information as simple as possible can go a long way in giving people the confidence to overcome their fears and anxieties. Our services walk through the steps to resolve computer issues and difficulties people are having in staying connected.We work closely with community groups and non-profit organisations, providing training and direct support for remote working. Enabling support workers to have keep in contact with vulnerable service users, share digital skills within their organisation and promote digital inclusion in their network.We have become a place where people feel comfortable contacting and asking, no question is too basic, and we work together to overcome the challenges we face.
