THE AI Avatars Video Masterclass (HEYGEN)

Create professional presenter style video without needing a camera, studio or

endless retakes

Video is one of the most powerful ways to explain, teach, promote and build trust, but traditional production takes

time. Cameras, lighting, confidence, editing and repeated takes can make even a short video feel like a project.

This masterclass shows you how to use HeyGen and AI avatars to create polished presenter led videos much

faster, while still keeping your message, expertise and personality at the centre.

What this session will help you do

• Create presenter style videos from a script without recording every line on camera

• Understand how to create and use avatars effectively and appropriately

• Write scripts that sound natural when spoken by an AI presenter

• Add visual direction, graphics, captions and scene changes that keep viewers engaged

• Create training, explainer, marketing, social and educational videos more efficiently

• Repurpose existing articles, FAQs and expertise into video content

• Build a repeatable production process so video becomes easier to maintain

The transformation: You may currently see video as something you should be doing but rarely have

time to produce. After this session, you should see a practical route from idea to finished presenter

video that removes much of the friction while keeping you in control of the message.

What you will leave with:

You will leave knowing how to plan, script and produce stronger avatar videos, not just how to press the

generate button.

The result is the ability to create more video content, more consistently, without every piece

requiring a filming day, a studio setup or twenty takes to get one sentence right.
