London Architecture-inspired linocut printmaking workshop!

Each workshop is centred around a specific theme, such as Everyday Objects & Rituals, Botanical Studies, Architecture & Urban Landscapes, Portraits & People, or Friends with Paws. Guided by the theme, you'll develop your own original design through observation and sketching.

✨ What you’ll do:

• Learn simple key design principles (composition, line, form, silhouettes, positive & negative space, etc.)
• Explore linocut basics, tools, and carving techniques
• Create your own design through sketching and observation
• Transfer and carve your design on a linoleum block
• Ink and hand-print your work to make a series of prints

No previous printmaking experience needed.
