Age of AI: AI and the future of humans

Age of AI: AI and the future of humans

Overview

Our panel will explore the impact of AI and set down the challenge to keep humans flourishing at the heart of this technological change.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping every aspect of society, from education and the creative arts to security, public policy, and even human relationships.

Royal Holloway’s Age of AI series of events bring together leading researchers in a range of disciplines across the University to discuss and explore the opportunities, risks and challenges created by AI.

Each event will focus on a different theme – AI and the future of humans, AI and the needs of education, and what is next in the field of AI.

Through these events, our researchers will be reflecting on where we are now, where we are going, and how we can keep human and societal benefit at the centre of our response to such rapid technological change.
