Question 1

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

No refunds for ticket(s) once purchased except in exceptional circumstances where the event is cancelled by the organiser.

Question 2

Where do we meet?

Accepted Answer

Further information detailing the activity will be sent via email following the purchase of your ticket(s).

Question 3

Do I have to stay with my child?

Accepted Answer

Yes, an appropriate adult must remain with the child at all times.

Question 4

Can a younger or older sibling attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you believe the activities are appropriate for your child's abilities. These activities are aimed at children aged 4-12 years old, however if you would like a younger or (slightly) older child to attend they will need to purchase a ticket and have appropriate adult supervision.

Question 5

Will I get dirty?

Accepted Answer

Maybe! If there has been recent rainfall you may encounter a puddle or two. We recommend wearing long sleeved tops and trousers that you don't mind getting dirty. No open-toed shoes for all participants please, supervising adults included! Hand-washing facilities are available in the toilets.

Question 6

Will the event go ahead if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Our activities run in all conditions, except during extreme weather events such as high winds and storms. We will contact all participants as soon as possible if we have to cancel an event. Refunds will be made in these circumstances. Please ensure you provide a contact phone number.
