Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Course

Understand what sexual harassment is, how it manifests, its impact, the duties of employers and how you can safely speak up.

The UK Worker Protection Act 2023 and the 2025 Employment Rights Act amend the UK Equality Act of 2010 on the specific topic of sexual harassment in the workplace and place a duty on UK employers to take proactive steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. Employers should ensure their staff are protected from experiencing sexual harassment in the workplace, from other employees, customer and supply chain. Awareness and behaviour training can help employers protect their employees and comply with their legal duties.

This course is only available to employees of businesses that are members of the Fitzrovia Partnership and, due to demand, is limited to two members of staff per business.
