Sketch & Stroll - Tombstones at Twilight / Birmingham illustrator meet-up
Get into the Halloween spirit with a twilight wander through Key Hill Cemetery.
Just in time for Halloween, join us for an atmospheric stroll among the gravestones, gothic architecture and curious characters of this historic cemetery. Artist Chris Jones will be on hand to guide us through the grounds and help uncover the details that make Key Hill such an intriguing place to explore.
Bring your sketchbooks, pens and pencils and get ready to capture gothic arches, weathered gravestones, and plenty of eerie atmosphere.
No need to be a master artist, just bring your imagination and a sense of adventure.
Please note:
We'll meet at the entrance to Key Hill Cemetery on Key Hill (B18 5PB), a 5 minute walk from the Jewellery Quarter train station.
Children go free (under 16’s attending with a parent or guardian).
About Picnic
PICNIC is an informal meet up for illustrators in Birmingham supported by The AOI, a non-profit membership organisation for illustrators. The meet-up is open to all illustrators at any stage in their career.
