Would you like to write your own Calaverita Literaria? Come and join us at our Literary Skull 💀 ✨ workshop on Sunday, 1st of November.
A Mexican calaverita literaria (literary skull) is a short, humorous and satirical poem written for Day of the Dead (Día de Muertos). It playfully imagines living people — politicians, celebrities, friends or family — having a cheeky encounter with Death herself.
No poetry experience needed — just bring your humour, your stories, and your love for Mexican traditions!
This workshop is for children ages 6 to 14, accompanied by an adult.
