Overview
A one-day course in how to make decisions in high pressure, high stakes environments such as delivering events.
What it is. A Foundation-level Bearing course, delivered over one day in person or online. It sits at the entry point of the product ladder, below the Mid-level simulation products and the Intensive 3-day programme.
Purpose. It builds structured situational judgement when people are working under cognitive overload. It applies the MBED (events) or LSJF (wider operations) toolkit to the decisions participants actually face.
