Santa's Grotto

Make Christmas memories with a magical visit to Santa at Manor Walks.

From Saturday 21st November, Santa and his elves will be welcoming families to his FREE Christmas Grotto, located in Centre Mall next to Boots.

Step inside, meet the big man himself and tell him what’s at the top of your Christmas list. Each child will also receive a special Nice List certificate during their visit.

Santa’s Grotto will be open from 10am–4pm on:

• Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd November
• Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th November
• Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th December
• Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th December
• Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th December
• Monday 21st to Thursday 24th December

Booking your visit

Visits to Santa are completely free.

We recommend booking your visit in advance to secure your preferred time.

Each booking is for one family (up to 3 children) and visits will last approximately 5 minutes.

Please note: Your booking time is your arrival time, rather than a guaranteed time to meet Santa, so a short wait may be required. We kindly ask that you arrive at your selected time, as we may be unable to accommodate late arrivals.

A small selection of walk-in spaces will also be available throughout each day, subject to availability.

Supporting The Sunshine Fund

Santa’s Grotto is free to visit, however we’ll be welcoming optional donations for our charity partner, The Sunshine Fund, helping to support children and young people with additional needs across the North East.
