Step out of the City's rush and into stillness. For two hours, beneath the beautiful, atmospheric interior of St Botolph-without-Bishopsgate, renowned Sound Journey facilitator Christian Dimarco surrounds you with live sound, breath and deep relaxation, a short walk from Liverpool Street Station.

This evening is an invitation to:

• Slow down and step away from the demands of everyday life

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE NIGHT

Christian weaves a rich, evolving live soundscape around you:

• Didjeridu
• World flutes
• Tribal percussion
• Singing bowls
• Ethereal vocals

He pairs these instruments with conscious breathing practices, so the evening becomes something you sink into rather than simply listen to. You're invited to relax, turn inward and just be present.

Sound and breath have been used across cultures for generations in meditation, ritual, wellbeing and self-exploration. During the journey you may move through periods of deep relaxation, stillness, introspection and renewed awareness.

SEATED OR LYING DOWN: CHOOSE YOUR TICKET

Most of the Sound Journey is experienced seated in the beautiful church pews at St Botolph-without-Bishopsgate.

A limited number of lying-down spaces are available as a separate ticket option. When booking, simply select the option that suits you best: seated or lying down. If you choose a lying-down ticket, please bring your own yoga mat or comfortable padding, a blanket and a cushion/pillow so you can be as comfortable as possible.

All spaces are limited, so please select your preferred option when you book.

ABOUT CHRISTIAN DIMARCO

Christian Dimarco is a multi-instrumentalist, music producer and Sound Journey facilitator who has been guiding immersive sound journeys, meditations and workshops for over a decade.

Drawing on years of research and personal practice with sound, he creates experiential spaces that invite you into deeper states of relaxation, awareness and presence. His music is deeply influenced by world traditions and contemplative practices, with soundscapes inspired by meditation, the rhythms of nature and the diverse musical cultures of the world.

Whether performing on stage or holding space in an intimate setting, Christian brings together ancient sound traditions and contemporary musical expression, encouraging people to listen deeply, breathe consciously and simply be.

WHO IT'S FOR

No previous experience is necessary. Whether you're completely new to sound journeys or already have an established meditation or wellbeing practice, you're welcome.

HOW TO PREPARE

• Eat a light meal beforehand
• Stay well hydrated
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Give yourself permission to switch off and disconnect for the evening

The church setting provides a beautiful and atmospheric space in which to experience the sound journey.

Doors open 15 minutes beforehand. Please arrive in good time: to preserve the integrity of the experience, the doors close once the session begins and late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

Please also allow up to 15 minutes extra at the end, as the closing portion of the journey may vary slightly.
