Most New Year’s resolutions flop because they’re built on pressure, perfection, and unrealistic expectations - not because lazy, unmotivated, or “bad at sticking to goals”!!!

This free intention-setting workshop is a gentle reset for those who want to pause, realign, and break the cycle.

Hosted in a calm, welcoming space, this session is designed to help you let go of guilt, reconnect with yourself, and leave with a clear and grounded plan you can realistically stick to.

A guided intention-setting process to help you reset without pressure
A calming, beginner-friendly guided meditation
Vegan hot chocolate free of charge
A simple, structured framework to clarify your goals for 2026
Supportive group energy — no judgement, no comparison

This workshop is co-hosted by a mother-daughter duo passionate about goal-setting, lifestyle change, manifestation, and creating supportive community spaces!
