<p>Is it time to finally get your free handstand? Do you struggle with the fear of getting upside-down and jumping up in the middle of a room? Want to improve your hang-time or simply start your journey to finding flight, and enjoy the process?</p><p>This 2 hour workshop will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to get you playing handstands by yourself. Whether you’re new to handstands or you’ve been practicing them a while, you’ll leave this workshop with new insights and exercises to add to your training. David has been training handstands since 2015, having worked with various teachers and professional hand-balancers to gain the skill and knowledge required for getting upside-down efficiently and effectively.</p>
