Fenwick Ridley is a machine of a man. Multiple long distance swim events, swimming across iceberg strewn lakes and dipping in ice holes is his bread and butter. He&#x27;s a cold water swimming addict and lover of the adventurous side of wild swimming. In 2019 he started on a new journey of discovery to swim, walk, scramble up the Tyne, his nearest and dearest river. He completed the North Tyne in 2019 and is currently battling with the South Tyne. Adventure swimming at it&#x27;s finest. Fenwick also supports others to get the most out of their adventure swims through his business H2O trails, supporting new and experienced swimmers in their journeys. Suzie treats every swim as an adventure from small scale swims in her back yard to longer distance, multi-discipline, multi-dip days out. She supports others in their adventures too through her swim guiding and coaching work Peak Swims.Join Suzie and Fenwick as they talk all things adventure swimming. The motivations, the how to&#x27;s and maybe even how much food you can eat per mile swum. Suzie can be found dipping her way through life in the Peak District in sun, rain, wind, hail or snow. Whatever the weather, as far as Suzie’s concerned, swimming will make it even better. Her love for the water is passed on through her business <a href="https://peakswims.co.uk" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Peak Swims</a> where she coaches and guides people into the wonders of the watery world. Suzie is also an Outdoor Swimming Ambassador for Swim England and campaigner for better inland access for the Outdoor Swimming Society.<a href="https://www.cotic.co.uk" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"></a>------------------------------------------ As with all the ShAFF Online talks, there’s no cost to register and enter but we’ll ask you to make a donation.
