Welcome to this year's 2040 Conference: Seizing the Opportunity

Every year at our conference, we gather with our key system leaders, from businesses, the voluntary and charity sector, and the public sector, to dream, scheme and plot our ongoing journey towards 2040.

This year we will discuss how can we make sure Luton’s upcoming opportunities—airport growth, Power Court, and Universal Studios—benefit those who need them the most and help our communities thrive? The year’s conference will explore how we work together to seize these opportunities, putting community resilience at the heart of Luton 2040.
