A carefully focused afternoon for seniors aims to nourish their passion about Sikh History.

Make your elders feel valued and have their opinions heard in an interactive story sharing session.

The experience starts with a guided tour (in Punjabi) of the Journey of the Mind exhibition at the Library of Birmingham.

Then visitors will relax and engage in a focused reading and discussion of historical Sikh events that may encourage them to think about the internal journey of their own mind.

Get yourself and them out of the house, engage with others for a chat and a engaging afternoon.
