Advances in Data Science and AI Conference 2022

Digital Futures is a highly interdisciplinary network which operates across the whole range of the University’s digital research.The aim of Digital Futures is to present a coherent overview of our digital research activity to external stakeholders and bring together our research communities to explore new research areas and address strategic opportunities.We group our activity around themes that encapsulate our broad research capabilities and the challenges to which these can be applied. These themes do not operate as self-contained entities; however, there is considerable synergy and overlap between them, and many of our academics are involved in a number of capability and challenge themes.

Digital Futures

Our conference is returning in June 2022 as the Advances in Data Science and AI conference and will be held online and in Manchester.

Our conference is back for 2022. After physical events in 2017, 2018 and 2019 and a quickly re-designed online event in 2020, we took a break in 2021 as the pandemic uncertainty continued. We are now returning on 20 and 21 June 2022 with the Advances in Data Science and AI conference, which will be delivered at The University of Manchester and with the option to access the event online. Ticket options reflect this: with online and physical tickets available. Please note: please only choose physical tickets if you are able to attend in person.
