<h3>Information</h3>The UKRI CDT in ART-AI is pleased to invite you to this ‘Synthetic Data for Privacy, Security and Augmentation’ event taking place on the 11th and 12th January 2022. Day 1 of the event will take place from 13:00pm-17:20pm (GMT) and Day 2 of the event will take place from 09.15am-13:00pm (GMT).On each day there will be three talks given by researchers on and professional users of Synthetic Data, followed by challenge led discussions related to Privacy, Security and Augmentation. We propose to look at synthetic data from two angles: privacy preservation, where the objective is to create a facsimile of a data set which does not reveal data about individuals in the original, and augmentation, where the objective is to create a larger data set that is sufficient for training purposes.As a result of this workshop we are hoping to produce a green paper on “Synthetic Data: Privacy, Security and Augmentation”.
