Meanwhile Creativeunlock dormant commercial space for positive use, turning it into affordable, flexible work space for creatives, freelancers and small businesses.Meanwhile Creative’s Cardiff projects -Meanwhile HouseandCardiff Containers- house a bustling community of over 80 different small businesses, makers and entrepreneurs, from artists, designers and filmmakers to baristas, chocolatiers and web developers.Our ongoing mission is to build on this and give more local start-ups and creatives the space they need to grow.Through further investment in our projects, working with the local business community and the addition of more Cardiff Containers later in the year, Meanwhile Creative’s long-term goal is to build a thriving creative quarter for central Cardiff.

*NEW AFFORDABLE WORKSPACES IN NEWPORT*RSVP now to come along to the Hill St Studios Open Day on 9th December, 2pm-6pm!With 40 studios set over 2 floors, Hill St studios is set to become Newports newest creative hub in the heart of the city centre.Hill St Studios will quickly become a place for making and creating, and a thriving creative community which we hope will benefit the local economy and micro-businesses in Newport.We’re excited to be able to open the site up for the evening for interested parties! It won&#x27;t be anything too formal, just a relaxed opportunity for you to meet the team, get a feel for the site, and, if interested, sign up for one of the studios.We&#x27;ll have a few drinks and nibbles for you, and of course, mince pies!*WHAT’S ON OFFER?*All our studios vary in size and are suitable for both hands-on makers and those looking for office or desk space within a creative like minded community. Prices start from as little as £125pcm.*WHERE IS HILL ST STUDIOS?*Hill St Studios is on the corner of Hill Street and Commercial Road, right in the city centre. We&#x27;re just 10 minutes walk from the bus and train station.*I&#x27;M KEEN!*Come along to the Open Day! As we said, it won&#x27;t be anything too formal, but if you are interested in a space we recommend that you come down to view them first.
