This training is for Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations serving Newcastle and Gateshead. This session will cover:<ul><li>The importance of clear and comprehensive budgeting for projects in advance of preparing funding bids</li><li>The essential elements to include in preparing a budget and how to adapt to changing circumstances or funder priorities</li><li>How preparing a budget can help you avoid running your project at a loss</li><li>How preparing a budget ensures your trustees or management committee can carry out their key financial and governance duties effectively</li><li>The advantages of using digital resources for budgeting</li><li>How to approach using online and digital resources for financial management and day to day financial actions</li></ul>Not eligible for this session but still interested in attending? We offer bespoke training covering a range of topics. Our sessions can be delivered online using Zoom making them ideal for organisations based across England.
